Trends Crush List

I never read my Cosmopolitan or Instyle magazines without a notebook by my side to scribble notes. I know, I know, most normal people just flag pages or circle their favorites with a pen, but there’s just something about jotting down notes that makes me feel like I’m hunting for something extraordinary. Flipping from trend to trend, I write down thoughts on outfits, styles, makeup products…makes lists on what’s worth splurging, or what I should dip my toes in with a cheap option. It’s become a sacred, monthly ritual of planning and decoding my shopping strategy. erythematotelangiectatic rosacea treatment with ivermectin dose

Lucky you, A-Listers, I’m letting you in on my monthly adventure! Now, if you think I sound nuts, trust me, you’re not the only one – “Making lists again?” M asks me with raised eyebrows, over our Sunday morning coffees—but I’ll show you how effective it can actually be! It’s like a Pinterest board that you’re taking action on!

So what am I currently coveting? First, let me round up the trends that I think are worth the splurge—1) Bright Maxi Dresses; the silhouette is a reoccurring piece for the last few summers and it doesn’t seem to be going away anytime soon. Invest in a couple of cute ones this summer for a sunny staple for the next few summers to come. Palm fronds are trending now! 2) Rompers; admittedly when I saw the romper revived from ‘70s jumpsuits, I thought it would be a passing fad. Boy was I wrong! I’ve already invested in a few inexpensive rompers, but I think I need to grab a few long-lasting, good fitting numbers for my summer wardrobe. 3) Open Toe Booties; if you ever run into me on the street, you’ll probably find me in booties. how long until ivermectin tocixity symptoms start? I’m so, very happy that open toe booties are making an experience during the summer! does ivermectin pour on kill chicken love You don’t know how sad I get when I put my gray and black booties away come springtime. Currently searching for the perfect taupe or brown colored replacement that can also transition into fall.

Next up? Those trends I want to try, but not sure I want to pour a bunch of money into. I’ll be hunting for these pieces at small boutiques with reasonable prices or stores like Forever 21 or Target that appeals to budget friendly wallets. 1) White jeans to pair with this season’s off-the-shoulder trend. I’m always scared of white in any piece of my wardrobe (Ms. White Dress meet Mr. Olive Juice) but hopefully I won’t feel too guilty if I put a $20 cap on it, right? 2) Blush accents; blush, mint green, and Tiffany blues are having a real moment this summer. Normally I try to steer clear of the hot-right-now color, but I’ve always loved these light hues so why not lean into it? 3) Chambray all the way; another reoccurring trend from season to season. Maybe this summer, I’ll finally try some jean on jean action. 4) Gingham; no not that song from Korean pop sensation, Psy. It’s like wearing your picnic blanket! It’s a lot more flattering than it sounds… 5) Two piece tank and shorts combo; it’s like an updated romper but playing on the hot two piece trend!

There you have it ladies; you have my full wish list of trends that hopefully (with some patience on M’s part) will all be acquired in the next few weeks. I’ll keep you posted of my hunt, but in the mean time, here’s my inspo collage. Help a sister out, and holler if you find something worth investigating!
