No team, no inbox bot, no "we'll route you to the right department." Just me at my desk, opening these between work and writing posts.

Send me anything. The sorority question you'd ask the older sister you wish you had. A note about a post that helped, or didn't. A brand or chapter you think should be on my radar. I read every single one, and I write back to the ones I can.

I usually get back to you within a week. If it's longer, send it again. Sometimes I miss things, and I'd rather you nudge me than assume I ignored you.
