Run your whole recruitment. Not just your resume.

Rush Prep OS is a $49 Notion system for every part of sorority recruitment, written by a two-term chapter president who later sat in the room where bids get decided.

Rush Prep OS: the sorority recruitment operating system, shown on the Notion home page with the countdown and campus setup

If a friend sent you this link, here is what she meant. Rush Prep OS is the system she is using to keep recruitment straight: the dates, the rec letters, what to say in each round, who she met, and how to rank chapters when it counts. It was written by someone who has sat on the other side of the couch, where the actives write their notes on every woman they met that day. Whether your recruitment is weeks away or already underway, this page takes about two minutes to read.

What’s inside

  • Recruitment Timeline. Every round, every deadline, every prep task, pre-filled with a typical recruitment week so you only adjust your campus dates.
  • Conversation Prep. What they will ask and what to ask back, round by round, plus fillable prompts for your own story so you never have to memorize a line.
  • The recruiter-side notes. Woven through Conversation Prep and People I Met: what actives actually write down after each round, and what gets a woman remembered by the next party.
  • Rush Resume Template. The document your rec writers will ask for, built in and ready to fill.
  • Outfit Planner + What to Wear, Round by Round. A gallery board grouped by round, with dress guidance for each one, a cost tracker, and an already-own checkbox.
  • Chapter Ranking Matrix + Callback Tracker. Score each chapter after every round (gut feeling counts double, on purpose), and track who invited you back and who released you, because next round’s strategy lives in that column.
  • People I Met. Her name, what you talked about, what to bring up next time, so Thursday’s conversation starts where Monday’s left off.

Also inside: a Rec Letter Tracker with a how-to-ask guide, a Budget Tracker, a Post-Bid Starter for the weeks after Bid Day, and 7 print-ready worksheets for the days your phone lives in your bag.

Why this one

Plenty of rush planners exist, and some are free. What makes this one different is what is written inside the boxes, and who wrote it.

I’m Hope. I went through recruitment as an introvert who nearly turned down her bid. I went on to serve two terms as my chapter’s president, was named Greek Woman of the Year on my campus, spent three years on my chapter’s rec board, and later worked on national sorority headquarters staff supporting chapter advisors. I have sat in the room at midnight making cuts, and I know what the actives write down about you after each round. I have advised chapters as an alumna since, and I practice law, which is why every line on this page is one I can stand behind.

One honest thing before you buy: no planner can promise you a bid, and I would be wary of anything that does. Recruitment is mutual selection. What this system does is make sure you walk into every round prepared, remembered, and clear-headed when it is time to rank.

Instant access through Gumroad. Duplicate it into a free Notion account, set it up in about 15 minutes, and it is yours for every round. Mom reading over your shoulder? It works for both of you.

If it is not what you expected, email me within 14 days and I will refund you.

Not ready for $49 today? Start with your Rush-Ready Score.

Twelve short questions across the six things recruitment actually tests: paperwork, your story, chapter research, mindset, logistics, and social media. You get a score out of 100, your two or three biggest gaps named, and a next step for each one. You will enter your email to see your results, and the same snapshot lands in your inbox so you can come back to it. Even if you never buy anything, you will walk away knowing what to fix first.

FAQ

My school does informal recruitment. Is this still worth it?

Some of it is, and I would rather tell you which parts. The timeline ships with a formal week pre-filled, and you can rename or delete rounds to match whatever your campus runs. Conversation Prep, People I Met, the Rush Resume, and the Chapter Ranking Matrix work the same whether you meet a chapter at four parties or over coffee. The round-by-round outfit guide and the rec letter tracker will matter less if your campus does not use them. If your recruitment is a single event with one chapter, take the free score above first and buy this only if the gaps it names are the ones this system fills.

Do I need to know Notion?

No. A free Notion account is all it takes. Open the link, click Duplicate, and the whole system is yours, private and editable. The Setup Guide inside walks you through your campus, your chapters, and your dates in about 15 minutes, and there is a 60-second Notion basics note on the home page for anyone who has never opened it. It works on your phone in line and on your laptop at night.

When should I start?

Earlier than you think, for one reason. The dates that catch women off guard are the quiet ones before the week starts: registration closing, rec letter deadlines, the photo you need for your resume. Load those first. If recruitment is weeks away, you will use the planning side now and the round-by-round side during the week. If it starts next week, skip straight to Conversation Prep and the ranking guide.

What if I have already started?

Then set it up tonight and skip the parts that are behind you. Log the women you have already met in People I Met, mark your callbacks and releases in the Ranking Matrix, and read How to Use the Chapter Ranking Matrix before Preference night. That page was written for exactly the nights you are about to have. And if you get stuck during the week, reply to your receipt email. I read every one.
